We are looking for you if you have:
  • At least 3 years of working in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HC data management processes (maintenance of the employee’s life cycle)
  • Experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management
  • Experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners
  • Experience in monitoring & supporting the less experienced staff members
  • Experience in planning & coordinating the team activities based on the workflow
  • Experience in transition activities: preparation / review of the documentation, process & tools setup
  • Experience in building structures and driving the execution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Readiness to learn and collaborate
  • Strong people & client orientation
  • Accurate, structured and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent)
  • Basic or good Dutch written and verbal
  • Very good English written and verbal
You will score extra point for:
  • Expertise in agile, operational management, quality management and risk
  • Curious to continuously improve in an agile way
  • Experience in working with Workday, ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Dutch legal rules & regulations: labor law / employment

The team is focusing on maintenance and development of role management tool allowing ING employees to get access to resources required for their daily duties.

Scope of duties

30%- Take care of administration around ING colleagues that join, leave or change jobs
25%- Maintain employee data
20%- Create contracts
10%- Handling employee inquiries and cooperation with Managers
5%- You maintain the knowledge base for employees, managers and other HR
5%- You train new team members
5%- You assist to implement policies, procedures or systems
Additional skills:
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ambition to be part of setting up ING’s global shared People Services Centre
