For our Client, a well-known company with branches all around the world and vastly developing business based in new technologies, life science, and environmental area, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior IT Recruiter.

• Managing the full cycle recruitment processes in IT area across all functional groups (from search of candidate to employment)
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and proactively reporting on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
• Ensuring that company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates, and personally driving the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruitment process
• Ensuring that all HR activities are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and timely
• Preparing HR reports for different internal parties
• Taking part in employer branding initiatives, supporting internal communication actions
• Other administrative duties and projects assigned

• Min. 3 years of professional recruitment experience in IT
• Fluent English Language skills – verbal and written are mandatory
• Self-reliance and good organizational skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Package
• Basic knowledge of personnel administration and labour law
• Experience within international companies is appreciated
