Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and leverages technological platforms to provide reporting and data analytics on key performance and operational metrics to internal and external stakeholders
  • Audits internal data and processes to identify and manage initiatives to improve business performance within U.S. Broking
  • Develops key performance indicators and supports the implementation of quality controls
  • Participates in the initiation, development, and execution of new Centers of Excellence within U.S. Broking
  • Leads strategic projects to support the revenue growth with H&B U.S. Broking working closely with Leadership and key stakeholders
  • Supports U.S. Broking extended leadership in leveraging data and analytics to identify, define, and drive U.S. Broking strategy
  • Maintains ownership of communications to internal and external stakeholders and provides additional back-office support for standard business operations.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Knowledge in Python programming (basic at least)
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience with RPA tools, preferably UiPath
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Project management discipline and experience leading projects on your own
  • Possesses advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and abilities
  • Professional approach and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines
  • Experience in Broking and knowledge of L/D, Medical, Dental, Vision and other products would be an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree
